If you are going to go to the enemy state for the KE and it is your first time there are a few things you should know.
The points are obtained by killing troops, the better the troops, the more points, so always look for bases with troops a lower level or less, for example if you have T7 look for bases lvl 18 or less, if you have T6, look for bases 15 or less, etc.
Preparation is everything, here are some tips on what you can do before traveling.
Visit the state and see what it offers, if you go to the dark green area you will usually find large alliances and strong bases, I recommend you go to the most remote areas.
When you find the bases you want to attack, save them in your enemy markers, so that you can reach them quickly, always look for an extra 4 bases from the ones you planned to attack.
Take into account that you are going to spend an advanced tp for each base that you are going to attack + another to return to 1113 and you must carry extra tp in case you have to face a base that protects your victim.
The day KE touches I recommend you leave as soon as you can, but before leaving, save the coordinates where your base is in 1113, it is a good method to escape if things get difficult.
To travel to the other state you need an advanced Tp and as soon as you enter the enemy state a message is sent to everyone announcing your arrival and you can appear on the state news, a good idea is to watch the status chat, so you can see if someone is talking about you or giving your location.
I recommend that you arrive directly with one of your objectives, attack and jump to the next one and when you finish return to 1113. Remember the points are given to you by the troops you kill, so it is not necessary to leave the base at zero.
